Tour du Valat will host the Local Event of the Wetland4Change project focused on carbon-sequestration processes in Mediterranean wetlands, with a case study on the Camargue delta.
The workshop will present monitoring tools for greenhouse-gas dynamics and will promote dialogue among territorial managers, public authorities, protected areas, infrastructure stakeholders and wetland-management syndicates.
The session will include presentations on scientific results and a round table on tools, limits and management perspectives for carbon sequestration in the Camargue.
